Rooms36 is located in the beautiful market town of Keswick, nestled in the heart of the Lake District. Rooms36 is a 4 star Gold award B & B, set in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Hope Park and is one of the closest bed and breakfasts to Keswick's Theatre by the Lake.

Fully renovated in 2011 to a very high standard, all of the bedrooms are bright and airy, giving a warm ambiance as soon as you walk through the door.
